There are several organizations that we think of as partners in encouraging mission information workers to work together. We don’t want to duplicate what they do and we highly recommend that you get involved if they are relevant to you.
AMRIConnect (Alliance of Mission Researchers and Institutions)
https://www.amriconnect.net/
AMRIConnect is a secure, multilingual, online platform for mission researchers and institutions to share information, connect about needs and opportunities, and collaborate on research projects. AMRIConnect aims to meet such mission research needs as global imbalance in capacity, ignorance of research agendas, and lack of majority church voice. AMRI (Alliance of Mission Researchers and Institutions) developed from 2019 out of Oxford (U.K.), Akropong (Ghana), and elsewhere. Membership is free for individuals, while institutions are requested to make a small contribution. For more information about AMRI and how to become a member, write to enquiries@amriconnect.net. You can also find an introductory video here. Join in and "Share, Connect, Collaborate"!
Global Missiology
www.globalmissiology.org
Global Missiology was established in 2003. It has always been an open access, quarterly issued e-journal to enable the widest availability possible of mission researchers' work. Global Missiology - English (ISSN 2831-4751) is one of several language versions, each with its own unique contents. Researchers from around the world are invited to submit their work for possible publication via email to GlobalMissiologyEnglish@gmail.com; see submission guidelines at http://ojs.globalmissiology.org/index.php/english/about/submissions. More general inquiries, including about submissions in languages other than English, can be sent to the overall GM editor at enoch@enochwan.com.
ICCM (International Conference on Computing and Mission)
http://www.iccm.org/
This is a must for those with an interest in technology and exploiting the latest technology for mission. There are now ICCM conferences in Americas, Africa, Australia and Europe. Most are in English language, but there has been at least one Francophone conference held in Africa. There are also email groups that you can join in to keep in touch between conferences. Get your technical answers here.
Lausanne Researcher and Strategic Information Network
https://www.lausanne.org/networks/issues/research-and-strategic-information
If you want to meet and interact with other researchers then the Lausanne Researchers Conference is the place for you. Here you will meet academic lecturers and professors, freelance researchers offering their services to churches and denominations, and researchers embedded in mission organizations. It is especially useful if you want to benefit from the fertile interaction between these different realms. It convenes every three years which suits the pace of much academic research.
The 8th International Lausanne Researchers' Conference which had as its theme, "Research that Guides Kingdom Impact" took place April 30 to May 4, 2018 in Nairobi, Kenya. Papers which were presented can be found here: http://globalcmiw.org/node/64.

Discover Information
We think there are other organizations and websites specific to our discipline that we may want to feature here in future. Some of them will be about information, and not directly about mission. For instance, “Gapminder” is ground breaking in the way it presents global data. And it also makes global public data readily accessible. See http://www.gapminder.org/
Analysis of the need for church planting around the world is available on the Global Church Planting Network website. See http://www.gcpn.info/home/research
